Over the years, Professor Fumio Okita has become an important symbol in teaching corporate culture and work skills in the Japanese style at Lac Hong University (LHU). With his enthusiasm and dedication, he not only imparts professional knowledge but also provides valuable practical insights to help students gain a deeper understanding of the working environment in Japan.
Professor Fumio Okita is not only an educator but also an inspiration to many generations of students. With his extensive experience, he has helped students’ approach and understand key principles in Japanese corporate culture such as discipline, dedication to work, and a strong sense of responsibility. Each of his lessons brings excitement, motivating students to strive for self-improvement and prepare for their future careers in Japanese companies.
At LHU, the work skills and corporate culture training program has become an essential part of the academic journey for students in Japanese Studies as well as in technical and economic fields. Thanks to close collaboration with Professor Okita, the university has regularly organized free courses to equip students with the necessary skills to adapt and thrive in the Japanese working environment. His dedication in each lecture not only helps students enhance their capabilities but also encourages them to develop a spirit of perseverance and creativity in their work.
Since 2015, I have had the opportunity to capture many moments of Professor Okita from various angles. Each photograph is not only a treasured memory but also reflects the spirit, dedication, and composed, exemplary demeanor of a teacher who has devoted many years to education. These images always serve as a reminder of a teacher who continuously strives to bring valuable contributions to Vietnamese students.
Professor Fumio Okita is not just a lecturer but a respected mentor who has helped broaden the horizons and shape the future of many LHU students. Thanks to him, generations of students have had the opportunity to access the professional and modern working standards of Japan, preparing them to integrate and advance in their careers.

Trong suốt nhiều năm qua, Giáo sư Fumio Okita đã trở thành một biểu tượng quan trọng trong việc giảng dạy văn hóa doanh nghiệp và kỹ năng làm việc theo phong cách Nhật Bản tại Trường Đại học Lạc Hồng (LHU). Với lòng nhiệt huyết và sự tận tâm của mình, thầy không chỉ truyền đạt kiến thức chuyên môn mà còn mang đến những giá trị thực tiễn quý báu giúp sinh viên có cái nhìn sâu sắc hơn về môi trường làm việc tại Nhật Bản.
Giáo sư Fumio Okita không chỉ là một nhà giáo, mà còn là một người truyền cảm hứng cho nhiều thế hệ sinh viên. Bằng kinh nghiệm phong phú của mình, thầy đã giúp sinh viên tiếp cận và hiểu rõ hơn về những nguyên tắc cốt lõi trong văn hóa doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản như tính kỷ luật, sự tận tâm với công việc và tinh thần trách nhiệm. Mỗi buổi học của thầy đều mang đến sự hứng khởi, tạo động lực để sinh viên nỗ lực hoàn thiện bản thân, chuẩn bị cho tương lai làm việc tại các công ty Nhật Bản.
Tại LHU, chương trình đào tạo kỹ năng làm việc và văn hóa doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản đã trở thành một phần quan trọng trong hành trang của sinh viên ngành Nhật Bản học cũng như các nhóm ngành kỹ thuật, kinh tế. Nhờ sự hợp tác chặt chẽ với Giáo sư Okita, nhà trường đã định kỳ tổ chức các khóa học miễn phí nhằm trang bị cho sinh viên những kỹ năng cần thiết để thích nghi và phát triển trong môi trường làm việc tại Nhật Bản. Sự tận tâm của thầy trong từng bài giảng không chỉ giúp sinh viên nâng cao năng lực mà còn khuyến khích họ phát triển tinh thần cầu tiến, sáng tạo trong công việc.
Từ năm 2015, tôi đã có cơ hội ghi lại nhiều khoảnh khắc của thầy qua các góc ảnh khác nhau. Mỗi bức ảnh không chỉ là một kỷ niệm quý giá mà còn phản ánh tinh thần, sự tâm huyết và phong thái điềm đạm, mẫu mực của một người thầy đã dành nhiều năm cống hiến cho giáo dục. Những hình ảnh ấy luôn gợi nhắc về một người thầy không ngừng nỗ lực mang đến những giá trị tốt đẹp cho sinh viên Việt Nam.
Giáo sư Fumio Okita không chỉ là một người giảng dạy kiến thức mà còn là một người thầy đáng kính, người đã giúp mở rộng tầm nhìn và định hướng tương lai cho nhiều sinh viên LHU. Nhờ có thầy, các thế hệ sinh viên đã và đang có cơ hội tiếp cận với những tiêu chuẩn làm việc chuyên nghiệp, hiện đại của Nhật Bản, từ đó sẵn sàng hội nhập và phát triển trên con đường sự nghiệp.
Xin cảm ơn thầy Giáo sư Fumio Okita. Mong rằng thầy sẽ tiếp tục đồng hành và truyền cảm hứng cho nhiều thế hệ sinh viên trong thời gian tới.
