On the 7th, our union president Okita, along with Onozawa, Terai, and Takenaka, managed the “Japanese Corporate Culture” seminar by the Japan-Vietnam Bridging Association.

Okita lectured on “Japanese Corporate Culture – the Introduction,” Terai facilitated a panel discussion, Takenaka handled hybrid operations, and Onozawa managed the venue with Vietnamese members.

This was the association’s first event, involving both in-person and remote participants from Japan and Vietnam. The participants joined free talk meeting after the seminar provided constructive feedback and support for future seminars.

The overall planning and management were led by Okita, who is also a director of the Japan-Vietnam Bridging Association.
